Before joining Lady B's I visited every day for a week but sat in the car park trying to pluck up the courage to go in. I eventually climbed the stairs where I met Lisa who straight away made me feel welcome and relaxed. I'm really glad I climbed those stairs! Since then the gym has grown from strength to strength and so has my personal confidence. I try and go at least 5 times a week. The staff are always supportive and cheerful. I would definitely recommend the gym not only as a place to lose weight or get fitter but also for the friendly non-judgmental atmosphere.

The staff at Lady B's are hands down the most fantastic group of women I've ever come across, when you walk into Lady B's it's less like going to the gym and more like visiting family. Lisa, Vicky and Katie are always friendly and welcoming, you're treat like part of the family and they give you any help you may require. The tailored to you programs ensure that you can achieve your individual goals whatever they may be, making the gym less of a chore. I honestly love this gym and could not see myself going to any other because I can guarantee they won't have anyone close to Vicky, Katie and Lisa. They are absolute diamonds!
